What can we do to help you?
Sworn Translation
Sworn and certified translation is often the only type of translation recognised by courts, local government services, embassies and consulates, universities, and even academic equivalence departments.
How to obtain a certified translation?
To initiate the process, you will need to provide us with the original copy of the document you wish to translate so that we can provide you with a quote. Once the quote is accepted, we will proceed with the translation, and you can then choose to collect the document from our offices or have it delivered to your home.
To obtain a quote and for more information, please contact us on +32 489 28 15 07 or send your documents by email to: info@translationservices.be.

Sworn Interpreter Services
For your upcoming legal appointment, hearing, meeting with your notary, official ceremonies, or a conference, our sworn interpreters offer interpretation services tailored to your needs.
Consecutive Interpretation
For your confidential meetings or discussions in small committees, consecutive interpretation is often the preferred solution. Our sworn interpreters directly translate the speakers’ speeches, ensuring precise and faithful communication.
Simultaneous Interpretation
For international conferences, negotiations, trials, or multilingual meetings, simultaneous interpretation is essential. Our sworn interpreters work in interpretation booths, providing real-time translation relayed to participants through headphones. This method allows smooth and effective communication.
Apostille and legalisation
An apostille is an international certification that verifies the authenticity of signatures on official documents. It applies to all official documents issued by a Belgian authority intended for use abroad, as well as foreign public documents intended for use in Belgium.
If you wish to obtain an apostille, legalisation from the SPF Foreign Affairs, or from an embassy, please contact us at +32 489 28 15 07 or via email at info@translationservices.be.
Editing and Proofreading
We offer professional linguistic proofreading services for texts in French, English, Arabic, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Russian, and German.
Our proofreaders work in two stages. First, they examine your document from a fresh perspective to conduct a thorough analysis. Then, they refine the content to improve the fluidity of your message and its coherence.
Our team also performs bilingual comparative revisions for translated documents.
Our proofreaders ensure the accuracy of the translation and the equivalence of both documents by rigorously comparing the original text and its translation. If necessary, they rectify the style and content of the translated text.
Each proofreader tasked with finalising your documents or enhancing their literary quality will ensure that the product we deliver meets your strict quality standards.
